About the role
As we expand our digital presence, we are looking for a Digital Campaign Manager to join our marketing team to drive brand awareness, engage key audiences, and support our marketing efforts through strategic digital campaigns.
The Digital Campaign Manager will lead VEV’s digital marketing efforts, working closely with agency partners and internal teams to enhance our brand presence, generate leads, and engage business customers.
This role requires a strategic, data-driven marketer with expertise in social media, content marketing, website management, and digital design. The ideal candidate will have experience in B2B marketing, with a strong understanding of how to engage professional audiences through digital channels.
Role and Responsibilities
1. Social Media & Digital Campaigns
• Collaborate with agency partners to plan, execute, and optimise digital marketing campaigns across platforms like LinkedIn and industry forums.
• Develop targeted campaigns to engage key decision-makers and influencers.
• Ensure consistent, professional brand messaging across all digital channels.
• Monitor and analyse campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations to improve engagement, lead quality, and conversion rates.
• Stay ahead of digital marketing trends and explore new ways to expand our online presence and audience engagement.
2. Social Selling & Sales Enablement
• Support the sales team in improving their social selling strategies, particularly on LinkedIn and professional networking platforms.
• Develop and deliver training, content ideas, and best practices to help sales teams engage prospects effectively.
• Work closely with sales to align digital marketing efforts with business development and pipeline growth.
3. Website & Content Management
• Oversee updates and management of VEV.com, ensuring it reflects our expertise in fleet electrification and industry leadership.
• Work with designers and content creators to write and produce case studies, blog content, and engaging visuals for our target audience.
• Optimise the website for lead generation, SEO, and user experience (UX).
• Track website performance and continuously implement improvements to enhance engagement and conversions.
