About the role
We’re looking for a smart, creative, and commercially-minded individual to join our Market Development team. This is a fantastic early-career opportunity for someone with 3–5 years’ experience in consulting, commercial strategy, or B2B proposition development to step into a hands-on, outward-facing role at the heart of a fast-growing cleantech business.
You’ll help shape high-impact EV fleet charging propositions for large businesses, engage directly with customers in new industries and regions, and work cross-functionally to bring concepts to life. You’ll lead pilot projects and customer co-creation initiatives to test and refine ideas—turning insight into opportunity and creating new leads for our sales teams.
You’ll also collaborate closely with our Marketing and Product teams to translate proposition ideas into compelling sales collateral, customer narratives, and go-to-market tools that bring our value to life across touchpoints.
